Please follow these rules at the pension

 

1. Sally Pension can only accommodate guests that have registered and presented an identity card, valid passport or other accepted proof of identity. 2. Guests that ask to extend their lodging may be offered a different room than the one in which they had originally been accommodated.
2. Guests stay in the room for the period agreed with the pension operator or representative. Guests are to check out at the latest by 10:00 am on the last day of their stay unless a different time has been agreed beforehand, and they should vacate the room by that time. Guests not departing by check-out may either be charged for the subsequent night or removed from the room.
3. Quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.
4. Guests can check in on the day of arrival after 2:00 pm unless another hour has been agreed with the pension operator or its representative.
5. Bringing your own alcohol or food to public areas of the pension is forbidden unless it has been agreed with the pension operator or its representative in advance.
6. Guests are prohibited from moving furniture or equipment, making repairs or interfering in any way with the electrical wiring or other installations, either in their rooms or in common areas.
7. Guests are not allowed to use their own electrical appliances in the pension except for shavers, massagers, hair dryers and chargers for mobile telephones, notebooks and laptops. Guests using their own electrical appliances (other than those specifically permitted) without the pension operator’s or representative’s consent will be removed from their rooms and fined up to CZK 5,000. 
8. Guests are asked to close the windows and turn off the lights and any electrical appliances they are not using before leaving their rooms. Guests are asked to lock the main entrance to the pension after 7:00 pm.
9. Smoking is prohibited everywhere in Sally Pension.

11. For safety reasons, do not leave children under 10 years of age unsupervised in your room or the common areas in the pension. Parents are responsible for their children’s safety everywhere in Sally Pension.
12. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to pension property, in accordance with the law.
13. Sally Pension is not responsible for any items a guest brings to the pension unless it has been stored for safekeeping in a place designated for that purpose. The pension is only responsible for money and valuables it has put into safekeeping against a receipt.
14. Drive only on access roads to the pension and park only in designated places. Do not leave your vehicle’s engine running.
15. Complaints and suggestions for improving services at the pension may be left with the operator or its representative.
16. Guests are required to comply with fire regulations and should be aware of the rules to follow if the fire alarm should sound. Please read the fire protection notices and instructions posted in the entrance hall to the pension.
17. Guests staying at Sally Pension are required to comply with these house rules. Sally Pension reserves the right to terminate its agreement for services with any guest violating these rules, with no claim by the guest for compensation.
18. Entering the land surrounding the pension, the garden and the parking area is at the guest’s own risk.
19. The reservation fee (50% of the total billed price for accommodation) must be paid within five (5) working days of issue of the pro forma invoice in order to hold the room. The reservation fee is non-refundable, but alternative dates will be offered until the end of the same year in which you wished to stay if you are unable to come. The balance will be paid in cash when you arrive.
